Graduation Requirements
MVCA GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Students must complete a specified number of credits and pass required subjects to meet graduation requirements. All requirements must be completed before a student graduates, and these requirements are listed below as well as specific courses that fulfill each subject area requirement.
English – 4 terms (9, 10, 11 and 12) - 40 credits
Mathematics (Must pass Integrated 1) - 20 credits
Life Science - 10 credits
Physical Science - 10 credits
World Studies - 10 credits
U.S. History - 10 credits
American Government - 5 credits
Economics - 5 credits
Health - 5 credits
Physical Education - 20 credits
Fine Art or Foreign Language - 10 credits
Electives - 75 credits
TOTAL REQUIRED CREDITS - 220
